VILLA VENTURA

One of the first designer villas built in Sant'Angelo in the 60s, with elegant finishes of the time.  With generous spaces on multiple levels, it is designed on a classical scheme: the living area is on the ground floor, the bedrooms on the upper level, while a basement level houses the garage.  Outside you can see the distinctive features and original materials, such as wood, stone and the use of white color and brick.  An architect’s design was able to add to the house special fittings, specifically designed for the home, still current and modern today.
