Surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove, the building was completely renovated in 2009. Located on a hill and surrounded by the countryside of Macerata, isolated from other houses that can be seen only in the distance, it enjoys a picturesque view of the mountains and the sea. Developed over three floors, the house retains the characteristic elements of the original rural  destination: the floors are terracotta, doors and windows are wooden, the ceiling has wooden beams on sight.
