Typical farmhouse in the countryside around San Ginesio, from the end of the 19th century, fully rebuilt thanks to careful renovation and restoration starting from the only wall left standing.
The search for materials to be used in finishing was careful and respectful of local architectural traditions: the old floors, tiles and bricks were recovered totally from the original structure, while the manufacturing and installation of new supply materials were carried out with traditional processing methods.
